The livestream runs weekly from 3:30-5:00 PM, EST. 

Whether or not you can make it live, you can always catch up with the recorded streams on the Pirate Radio Youtube channel.

Where did Dr J's Pirate Radio come from?

Dr J's Pirate Radio began in March 2020 as COVID took over the world. It was an effort to keep a disbanded community connected through the love of music, during a very uncertain time.

At that point, Pirate Radio ran daily, every single week-morning. After 6 weeks, it went on hiatus.

In November 2020, the show's patron saint, Liz McDonald, encouraged Dr J out of retirement and Dr J's Pirate Radio has been going strong with a weekly broadcast ever since.
